Shipping

The delivery charges for UK mainland customers is a standard delivery fee of £3.95.  Orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.  One shipping charge per order (not item) applies. Please note, customised / bespoke orders including shoes will be dispatched within 8-12 weeks unless a priority service has been agreed beforehand.  We will only ship to the Shipping Address that was entered when your order was placed.

 

UK orders should be with you within 1 - 10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 10 working days.   Crystal and pearl products are made to order and have a delivery timescale of between 8-12 weeks.

Please contact us before ordering if your order is urgent and we will try to accomodate for this.

 

Payments

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, all major debit/credit cards or postal order.  PayPal  is our chosen payment terminal so if you would like to pay by credit card,  please choose PayPal as the payment option, you do not need to log in, you will be taken to a secure environment where you are able to enter your credit card details.  Credit card details are not held by Glitzy n Glamorous. 

Returns

Glitzy n Glamorous wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with our items.

You have an unconditional right to cancel an order and gain a refund of any money paid for goods.  The rights of this cancellation end seven working days after the day on which you have received your goods.  Please contact us via contactus@glitzy-n-glamorous.com within this period should you wish to return your goods.

We regret returns postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund via original method of payment.

If you require an exchange always email to confirm we have your desired alternative in stock.  Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund which usually takes between 3 – 10 working days.

If you are returning an item we request that you take reasonable care and this includes not removing any tags, labels, hygiene stickers and seals. When trying on footwear please make sure you try them on a soft non marking surface, any marks on the soles or heels will make them non returnable/exchangeable.   Any item deemed to be used or worn will not be refunded.

Customisable orders, crystal encrusted shoes, bespoke orders and orders that are tailormade to individual style requirements are not refundable or returnable under any circumstance, unless damaged or faulty, and in such case the item shall be returned to the manufacturer for inspection  and repair before a refund is offered.

Please do not send shoe boxes back without packaging or write on the box.  If the box is defaced in any way we charge a £3.50 fee to purchase a new box as it is then not being returned in its original condition.  If we have agreed in advance to pay returns postage,  we will refund 1st or 2nd class delivery costs, but not Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery costs, these are optional to the customer at their own expense.

When returning an order, please contact us for our returns form. We require this information in order to process your return.  Please note, if your return/exchange does not meet the above requirements we may be unable to refund/exchange or return your order to you, so please read the above carefully before returning any items to us.
